Book Tasting
November 18 at 3:30 pm
Upper School Media Center, NSU University School

Come to our first-ever book tasting to sample good books and delicious food. Participants sign up to create a display featuring food or drink that pairs with their book.

Sign up by Friday, November 15 if you'd like to create a display. For those who just want to attend, no RSVP is required.

How It Works
  • Choose one of the eight remaining books in the bracket.
  • Design a display for the book with a food or drink tie-in. The tie-in can be literal or figurative. (Creativity is always welcome!)
  • Create an entrée title and an entrée description, explaining how your food/drink and display relate to your book.
  • In addition to the food or drink, displays can also include table décor, posters or other visual materials, dioramas, etc. Displays must fit in a 30"x30" area.
  • Provide a list of ingredients in the food you made or bought.
  • Choose a short passage from the book to share with the group so they can sample that, too.
  • Sign up by November 15 to provide a display so we can have a space ready for you.
